A family of 4 with 2 young kids. Super convenient and very friendly staff. Didn't hear neighbours at all even with a baby next door.

We loved our stay here! We have a 7 and a 5 year old so staying in a quieter part of town that was still very accessible to the subway was wonderful.

Beautiful hotel with the most amazing gardens. Staff were so lovely as well. Would definitely go back!

This hotel was comfortable. The location is ideal to get to and from Akihabara station. Despite the close proximity to main Akihabara street, we had no issues regarding loud commotion or street sound. In addition, the room space was a lot bigger than typically Japanese hotels. We had space to open our two carry on for twin room and move around the room. Also, shower was perfect and AC worked great. Dining experience, however, needs to be improved. The breakfast buffet had the same items each day. I believe it would be better to have the option to be able to make omelets and more accommodating substitutions for people who do not eat pork (instead of taking the sausage out of the plate maybe substitute for chicken sausage). Because of the lack of variety and accommodation, we ate lunch and dinner elsewhere despite the voucher. I hope the menu gets renovated to a mix of Japanese and American cuisine. For safety reasons, please provide yogurt in separate packages instead of a big bowl. I would not book to included breakfast or dinner in the future.

Extremely kind and thoughtful staff, absolutely magical view and the place to stay! Truly our best stay of our Japan experience. The hotel has the old school charm and elegance combined with the new, and it perfectly reflects the wonderful spirit of Tokyo! We enjoyed hanging out with our friends on the 28th floor lounge with the best view in Tokyo, our room had it too! The hair and face products are also great quality, beds are super comfortable, we had nice rest. Everything perfect, we’ll be back, thank you Asakusa View Hotel!
