The hotel is good. The carpet in the room was not clean there was a lot of hair everywhere.

Very unfriendly personnel. limited options for dining. no toiletries, an extra fee for parking 15 Euros, and an extra fee for breakfast. 15 Euros. The front desk person, Nadine was very rude, not helpful, and confrontational. Don't recognize Expedia as their partner, and don't offer any benefits to the members. Would not recommend this hotel.

As we do not take part at any membership cooperation with Expedia we are not able to offer any upgrades or free breakfast for those members. All our bath rooms are equipped with a sign with the information of free amenities available at the reception. We regret that you oversee it. Our hotel offers only breakfast, therefore we are not able to serve dinner except our snack bar, but we love to recommend excellent restaurants nearby. With best regards,

Excellent hotel
Absolutely spot on stay at this Ibis. The staff were absolutely amazing, so considerate and kind and went out of their way to make our stay great. The room was really clean and very comfortable and very welcome at the end of a long day. Fully recommend.

Pretty new hotel but without refrigerator
Pretty hotel opened I think in June 2020 (or so). Comfortable beds. Only minus for me was not having a mini fridge in my room. Rooms for some reason don’t have refrigerators.

綺麗で快適。近くにスーパーもあって便利。
出張で10泊利用しましたが非常に快適でした。USBなどの電源も豊富にあり、過ごしやすかったです。また利用したいですね。 ケトルがあればより充実した日々を過ごせると思います。

Zimmer war prinzipiell ok, sehr rudimentär eingerichtet, schmale Betten, funktional und immerhin mit Klimaanlage - leider konnten die Fenster nicht geöffnet werden, da es sonst zu laut war, um schlafen zu können..

Für Radfahrer und Hundebesitzer optimal. Sehr freundliches Personal, nah an der City, gutes Frühstück, Sichere Umgebung (weil Polizei gegenüber) und günstiges Parkhaus in der Nachbarschaft. Klare Weiterempfehlung

Modern, Zentral, Klimatisiert und bequem!
Wow, top modernes Hotel mit eine funktionierenden Klimaanlage! Das Hotel ist absolut zentral gelegen. 10 Minuten zum Bahnhof und 5 Minuten zu Fuß zum Hauptplatz. Dir Zimmer sind modern und schön eingerichtet und die Klimaanlage erfüllt Ihre Arbeit. Einzig der nicht vorhandene Wasserdruck in der Dusche nervt massivst. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist absolut empfehlenswert, hier ist alles mit Liebe und Freude hergerichtet und die Eier bemalt! Hier auch ein großes Lob an den Barkeeper Yannick. Er macht richtig tolle Cocktails und er gibt auch passende Empfehlungen. Der Amaretto Sour war top!
