"This is a pleasant place to stay in Crescent City and Has become our place to stay when we visit family here. The room is large and comfortable. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The breakfast very good. The only downside is a coffee machine at the breakfast that produced the most awful coffee we have ever had. We didn’t even try to drink it and we know better than to use the in room coffee through wide travel experience. Those push button machine are popular and we have had some coffee from than that is ok, but this was undrinkable. We will return to the Oceanview. I really hate to have to make a big deal about the coffee because the people are so nice."

"This is a remodeled, well kept, inexpensive hotel. Ample parking, very helpful staff. They are also, pet friendly. We stayed here, once in April, then in October and will definitely stay here again."

"Very nice historic hotel (a lot of history). Nicely furnished room with a fantastic view of the bend right before the mouth of the Klamath river. Staff was very friendly and professional. Not really suitable for families with children-more of an adult set up. We did not eat in the restaurant but did enjoy the complimentary coffee while enjoying the beautiful view."

"The staff on site fixed errors in my on line reservations, which was super helpful. The room could have been a little more appointed and the gym is not really a gym it was poorly ventilated and the items there were very used. Overall I would recommend, great beaches are close it was quite with a casino experience that was good."
