"We merely just for one night. Upon arrival, hotel did not have our booking information as Hotel.com did not inform hotel about our reservation. Very poorly from Hotel.com Had to show my invoice for reception that Accomodation was paid directly to Hotel.com We got the Queens Residence and it was quite spacious and big, both rooms with own en-suite. "This is a great hotel. Beautiful design and thoughtfully decorated with loads of amenities. Loved the spacious room with the balcony, great views of distant mountains. The breakfast was wonderful and we much enjoyed the dinner as well. This is a truly professional operation with helpful and kind staff that really tried to ensure we had the best stay possible. Unfortunately there was an issue with the water main which wasn't fixed until 8pm or so, and the water pressure was so low we couldn't shower in the evening, rather had to wait until the next morning. When it worked it was great, though..."

"This is a hidden gem for sure. The view from our room of the ocean was amazing to see in the mornings and then at sunset. We love the communication using WhatsApp. Nice to communicate when we wanted breakfast delivered and to make dinner reservations. We left a coat in the closet and the manager held it for our return through the area 2 days later. I honestly wouldn't have remembered leaving it at all. So thankful. Breakfast was a big yogurt and ham/egg sandwich that was perfect to start the day. The restaurant on-site is perfect for dinner without traveling at night. Plenty of parking on-site. We will definitely stay here on our next trip along the Garden Route."
