"We stayed at the Karoo Art Hotel for one night on our way to Cape Town. It is a wonderfully restored hotel in keeping with its character. The bed was very comfortable and our room spacious. We had dinner and breakfast there and both were very good, we would definitely return if ever in South Africa. It was nice to safely be able to walk around the town."

"Beautiful location with Mountain View’s. Close to Ostrich farms, and the Meerkats excursion was amazing. The breakfast was huge and included. We ate dinner at their restaurant and enjoyed Ostrich steak. The farm is relaxing. We visited town but nothing was open late on a Sunday. If I were to go again I would skip town and enjoy the serenity of the guest house grounds."

"This was our 3rd stay at this hotel and we were disappointed for the first time. It feels like things are being let go. Main restaurant isn't open for dinner so you either eat at the sports bar nearby or have to travel into a restaurant in George. We stay here for the golf, which is great but will probably go elsewhere next time around."
