"Great scenic location surrounded by mountains. We were greated by a deer on arrival! Staff were really helpful and responsive even before we checked in. Dinner and breakfast was good. Overall value for money. Did not use any other facilities."

"Nice rooms! Very nice owner. Location is beautiful."

"Clean, Modern, great Spa, great Service "

"Absolutely fabulous for families with children of all ages. The area of Nassfeld has the motto “Nice Surprise” and it really was the nicest surprise to find this lovely hotel in this breathtaking part of the world. We travelled with our teen boys in the summer and they were active all day. From rock climbing (ages 6 and up) to swimming, to the children’s area (arcade style basketball was a big hit!) to mountain biking the local area, this hotel was outstanding. Breakfast had a delicious buffet...

"Sehr schönes Appartment, guter Saunabereich, sehr schöner Strand-/Seewiese, rundherum ein sehr zu empfehlendes Haus. Ein besonderes Lob geht an die Gastgeber/Inhaber für ihre unaufdringlich freundliche, sehr hilfsbereite Herangehensweise bei allen Fragen rund um unseren Aufenthalt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!"

"Stayed in Junior suite in January. Room is very nice and comfortable, bathroom quite old and not so nice. Heating in the room can not be controlled, means you depend on the management to decide what temperature is the best for you :-( Service in the restaurant can be slow some times but the food in general was good. "Clean room and easy parking."

"We had a brief stop here, a nice hotel with friendly staff. We enjoyed a nice 15 minute walk up into the town centre and had a good wander round and some food and drinks, nicely located on the edge of the town. We didn’t eat at the hotel but it looked very nice."

"The staff was a real help for us. Nice quiet stay."

"Great hotel. The food is excellent and the staff is very helpful. Big nice rooms and a good spa area. Recommended,"

"Very good family staying during skiing at Zoncolan."

"Great people in hotel team and at zellot's the restaurant. Nothing was too much trouble."

"Absolutely fabulous, nice, family friendly apartman"

"Romantic enchanting loved this place will definitely be back"

"Nice hotel with great location and good food."

"Apparently the Expedia reservation did not make it all to the property and despite that, they hosted us and made us welcome. Would go there again."
