"Die Lage der Unterkunft war super, alles fußnah zu erreichen. Der Wellnessbereich ist grundsätzlich schön, leider ist der Pool-/Schwimmbereich nicht vom Saunabereich getrennt, weshalb der Lautstärkepegel sowohl im Saunabereich als auch im Ruhebereich regelmäßig hoch war. Auch die Glastür zum Ruhebereich hilft hier nicht. Ebenfalls lief im Ruhebereich dauerhaft Musik, zwar relativ leise, aber dennoch meiner Meinung nach etwas störend. "Loved the access to outdoor activities, excellent food, and friendly owner and staff!"

"Don't plan on skiing early, as the front desk manager refuses to check you out before 8 am. Also, parking is limited and the property is totally overpriced for its condition. The front desk manager on March 2, 2025 literally yelled at guests who wanted to check out at 7:35 am, despite assurances from the previous day's shift. Never seen any Hotel staff in the world being that unprofessional and angry!!"

"This is a “Mountain House”, and is on the rustic side. It’s extremely charming. Marco and Ivan will shuttle you. The cows with their bells will lull you to sleep. Good choice of beer , bread and snacks. I was here to go to the Diamond Way Europe Center. The folks are very nice and make sure you have what you need. Bring a fine cigar for Marco."
