Nice and dog friendly!

Not often you find a hotel that let's you bring a dog for free. Check the silence or clean door hangers (cute!) Nice hotel and perfect location for a day of shopping and enjoying the city life. Restaurant seemed nice and affordable too, but we don't m didn't test it. Yes parking garage is 15€ for the night... but alternative parking close by is ample available cheaper or free. EV charger for 2 cars right at the entrance. If needing a stay in that area again we would return.

Short stay in Kleve

Great spot in Kleve, convenient to walk to the shops, bars and restaurants with reasonable paid parking below (15 Euro/night). Comfortable rooms.

The stay was fine. Only issues were: 1. No rubbish receptacle. 2. The air conditioning didnt seem to operate correctly 3. I had the window open and there was a lot of noise from outside. Other than that a convenient stay. Thank you

clean hotel in nice area

very clean hotel in nice enviroment next to a river with some bars and restaurants. due to covid 19 there was no breackfast buffet, only take away breakfast.

In general it was good, clean with a good location and breakfast, parking is also available for acceptable fees. The only thing that the pillows was super thin and not comfy while the bed was good. The ac worked well but noisy.

We lost our daughter’s stuffed animal and they did everything to send it back. The costumers service is amazing. Breakfast was nice and the room was very big. We will go back.

Our key card allowed us into our room, but we soon discovered there was no power in the room so nothing worked. The desk attendant moved quickly to pack and move us to another room on another floor. For two people on a queen bed in the new room there was only one single comforter that we shared. I would stay here again, but now we know what to verify.

Stay most years as family in the town but sad to watch it deteriorate as it’s in a great position with some nice views Still have curtains off walls tv not working and reception said they’d sort it but didn’t/couldnt but no communication explanation etc Bars and food around are plentiful locally buffet breakfast has shrunk but nice enough choice

Great staff good value in the middle of refurb

Standard room using Tesco vouchers as before but nets in bad condition numerous holes and tears receptionist Max upgraded us and had lovely room although hotel is being updated there are still elements that need to be addressed for guests Sauna is good needs to be booked an hour in advance but no water provided in bottles by which time it’s too late to go and ask A few extra items in reception as only had one toothbrush left for us but all staff are very efficient and friendly Good prices on food and beverages and Pascal on the bar very happy to make a cocktail he’d never made before Will always go back and look forward to the finished upgrade of Rilano
