"The bar man Sala?? was very kind, loaning us his bottle opener. There was one receptionist less friendly than the others but overall good service. The breakfast was lovely, great selection, particularly enjoyed the ginger shots and the waffle maker and the cheese board. Great size room also."

Denmark was actually experiencing a heat wave while we visited and they upgraded our room automatically into one with better air flow without us asking. For those coming from the U.S., I'll note that they spoke perfect English, so that is not a concern."

"The lodging was fine. But we had a situation upon arrival that was a bit uncomfortable as no one was available to receive us. Hence, this is more of a criticism of the platform hotels.com because we received an email that said the booking is confirmed and only much further down the email in small print did it notify that we needed to contact the property 24 hours in advance to make arrangements for access to property. Further down the line, it indicated only a phone number for special requests....
