Would likely be back

Comfortable stay, with friendly and helpful staff. The pool was surprisingly generously-sized for a place with so few rooms (and guests). We encountered a technical difficulty with the room we originally booked (the outdoor jacuzzi failed to work), and the staff graciously upgraded us to a bigger room with an indoor jacuzzi to make up for the inconvenience.

A few shortfalls

Bring your own toiletries; the shaving blade was blunt. Also bring cash. The RM100 refundable deposit is ONLY accepted in cash. This was not informed before arrival and I was fortunate to have that amount in cash on me.

Great location, nice and helpful staff, large rooms - property is primarily an event venue - so guests do not have access to the pool when events are going on - would like to have been notified prior or upon check-in, laundry is running 24/7 to accommodate washing of all the table linens for parties, so unless you have ear plugs, hard to sleep, plus hard to sleep if events are going on late - one of the events had guests partying throughout the night in the common areas - so noise, smoking, music, etc. was still going on when we left at 8am for our outings - would recommend if no events are planned but otherwise would avoid

very very good stay in a spacious hotel

Overall is a very good stay. Room has a magnificent mountain view and get to see sunrise in the morning. Very spacious interior and very helpful staff, especially to the chinese lady in the kitchen who went all out and very fast to help me unlock my door after I had accidentally left my keycard in the room. Can feel her genuine sincerity in helping. Thank you. The swimming pool area has some renovation on going so there was a slight noise coming from there and workers in and out the premise makes less privacy available outside the room. Overall a very good stay in this hotel and small peaceful town
