"The hotel was easily accessible, and the property was beautiful. Check-in was quick and easy and I received a plate of warm, freshly baked cookies upon completion. My room was clean and comfortable, and the addition of the welcome message on the TV screen was quite pleasant. I was very happy with the amount of towels provided in the bathroom. The breakfast was presented beautifully and the selection was nice. I will definitely be returning to this hotel."

"The front desk assigned us on the first floor across from elevators and pool. VERY loud talking heard all evening until 11 pm. Walls are thin. We were missing towels and a hair dryer upon arrival. Request a high floor away from elevators and interstate highway. Breakfast staff was one person. Food was slow to refill. Coffee was good."

"NOS ROBARON UNA PLANCHA DE PELO Y UNA SECADORA DE PELO NUEVAS EN CAJA! Y no se están haciendo responsables , siempre ignore las cosas negativas en mis estancias pasadas por el “precio y comodidad de la ubicación” : Cucarachas en la regadera, en el cuarto, en el pasillo, cerraduras de las puertas en mal estado. Pero esta estancia si ya fue el colmo. Encima que nos robaron esos productos, una hora antes del check out la gente de limpieza ya estaba entrando al cuarto a “limpiar” cuando todavia estabamos nosotros dentro del cuarto. Sali en la noche 1 hora a comprar unas cosas y regrese y la puerta estaba mal cerrada, pense que yo la habia dejado mal cerrada pero ahora ato cabos de todo. NO LO RECOMIENDO Y NO VUELVO A QUEDARME AQUI!"
