"This property let us book a room at 7pm and although clearly on their site it states check in is available until midnight, at 9:20 we arrived to a dark abandoned house. We tried reaching the manager via what’s app and after an hour he finally answered and told us to “find another place to stay, he’s closed”. The property is non refundable so I’ve been fighting with Expedia for a refund which to this point they’ve refused to issue. Absolute disaster. I’ll be claiming a fraudulent transaction...

The biggest issue was that this is not a 2 bedroom apartment, it is a small 1 bedroom apartment with a double bed. "Room was not available on arrival but we were early and we were provided with pool towels and we were able to leave our luggage in reception. At 3pm check in time our room was still not available but once reception staff were alerted to this, we only had to wait another 10/15 minutes. We were half board and plenty of choice at breakfast and evening meals. Regular boat taxi service to Lumbarda and Korkula town from the resort and well stocked supermarket across the road. Nice ritual toiletries in the bathroom. Overall a pleasant stay"
