WoodSpring Suites San Angelo

8/10 Good

"I enjoyed my stay there the staff was very friendly, the place was very clean and the room was very quiet and comfortable. Most of all the location, it was close to any place I wanted to go. I recommend staying there."

Pearl on the Concho

10/10 Excellent

"Loved this hotel! The bathrooms are outdated, but the amenities make it worth it! The swimming pool was huge. Cute little playground and area to play for kids. Pool and ping pong. The breakfast was small but good, and the area to eat in was perfect. It was an absolutely adorable hotel and they Obviously care about the appearance because the gardening inside and all the plants and cute attention to detail, like the patio signs, were precious. We loved this stay. It’s also within walking distance to San Marcos downtown and an awesome park with a playground and decorated old fire trucks. For our family, this was a perfect place!"

Clarion Hotel San Angelo near Convention Center

8/10 Good

"I want to say this first, the Front Desk staff are very helpful and polite. I know they are not responsible for the overall health of the building which is poor. I was moved 2 times during my 4 day stay because of issues with the rooms. When I was in the lobby at the front desk I became of aware from the conversations going on around me and in the elevator that people were experiencing the same issues. I also get them not making my bed everyday but I do expect my trash to be taken out and fresh clean towels."

Angoria Hotel

8/10 Good

"Hotel is very cute and clean. The owners did a nice job renovating an old property. Other reviews mentioned the area being “sketchy”. It’s not, San Angelo is just an older town. It’s a small hotel, so parking is a pinch. We came back after a football game at 10pm and got the last spot in the lot. My only drawback was the staff. The gentleman that checked us in was nice. The two ladies that were there in the morning when we came down for breakfast barely spoke. The woman that was supposed to be working in the lounge part was sitting on the couch. Didn’t ask if we wanted any hot food or coffee made. I actually didn’t know she worked there until she got up and went behind the check-in desk. Then she put on her lip gloss and played with her hair. When a guest walked into the lounge, he had to go over to ask for help. She got up and got his food without washing her hands. Good interactions with staff are something that makes me want to return to a property. Her behavior isn’t enough to not make me come back if I’m in San Angelo again, but she’s definitely a factor in the decision."
