Enjoyed a weekend trip at this hotel! We got an opportunity to do an early check, this hotel was really accommodating and the rooms were clean and comfortable! There is a lot around the area that’s walkable, and you’ll definitely get used to it! Definitely reasonable and I would recommend this for my friends and family!

The room was beautiful as well as the common areas of the hotel. The decor was nice as they linked it to the textile industry in Knoxville. Justin at the front desk was outgoing and friendly. The bartender and the morning front desk person were not as cordial.

Cumberland House is a gem right in the heart of downtown Knoxville. The hotel has a stylish, modern vibe and the room layout was both functional and inviting. I especially loved the balcony with beautiful views of the Sunsphere and World’s Fair Park—perfect for a morning coffee or evening unwind. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the staff were warm and welcoming throughout my stay. Highly recommend if you’re visiting Knoxville!

We found this property to be very well kept, clean rooms, beautiful lobby. It was also right across the street from world's fair park where we were at a music festival. Coffee in the morning from the barista was very good
