Single room was very reasonably priced, clean, modern, comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was excellent and the hosts were friendly and welcoming. Ample parking and only 10 mins from the airport.

We had a one stay. The location is very close to Knutsford and Tatton Park which are both lovely. The accommodation was very clean, tidy and warm. We had a lovely breeakfast and the hosts were both very friendly.

A pleasant experience

Rooms are small but clean and functional. Staff were great and room had tea & coffee plus fresh milk. Rate included a cooked breakfast with tea, coffee and juice which was also excellent.

Lovely property. Owners very welcoming and made us feel very comfortable and welcome. The rooms were very well equipped with hair dryer, smellies and tea and coffee etc. staff were happy to help with everything. Breakfast was freshly made and delicious. We stayed as we were at a wedding at colshaw hall, which was about 5 miles away. Great location and highly recommended. Thank you to the owners who are fabulous hosts

Proximity to Manchester airport,Quiet clean premises.We arrived late due to a flight delay, Our host Karl welcomed my wife and l and provided us with a late night snack as we had not eaten for 10 hrs, had a comfortable nights sleep and went downstairs to meet Karen our other host who provided us with a great breakfast, hot coffee etc. Then we were off again for our return trip to Canada, would highly recommend a stay at Laburnum Cottage, and a big Thank You again to our Hosts.
