Thank you for your review of Woodlands. We are so sorry that your stay was less than perfect. Unfortunately our WiFi ran out for the first time during your visit so it was working painfully slowly but we did immediately upgrade to an uncapped line, it just took a couple of days to kick in. Apologies for not informing you straight away. We are also so embarrassed that the barbecue wasn't cleaned properly, it must have somehow been overlooked, we are so sorry about that. We do provide hand-made all natural olive and coconut oil soap for washing but unfortunately no shampoo, perhaps something we need to consider again for the future, thank you. Being self catering we have found so far that most people do bring their own toiletries and also charcoal and firelighters however we do have them available on request. There is an information booklet that explains everything, it would have been mentioned in your welcome letter. About the TV, we have a standard DSTV hotel package, it includes all the movie and sport channels and then a selection of language, Mnet, news and kids channels.
