"The stay was disappointing for a 4-star hotel and felt overpriced for the value and service you get. The sharp mildew smell from the kitchenette basin table top in the bedroom amd the closet behind the shower was unbearable. It seems the aircon also leaks onto the wood. The front door handle was loose as if broken before, which made us uneasy with the intense website warning of potential trespassers. Security at the entrance gate was very friendly, but didn't once scan/record a driver's/car...

Le camere sono standard, non tanto grandi; per andare a letto da una parte è molto stretto e non si può fare a meno di pestare la tenda, che è quindi piuttosto sporca. I battiscopa e il muro, soprattutto del bagno, avrebbero bisogno di un po’ di manutenzione, perché sono scrostati. Le pareti sono sottili e si sentono tutti i rumori esterni. "In general the hotel is very run down. Things falling apart and dysfunctional, including pool area and umbrellas and gardens. The resort is in desperate need of serious maintenance. Also, no wi fi in rooms for a 4 star hotel is not really acceptable. Poor conditions somewhat compensated for by the first class and much appreciated service from Petrus and some of his staff -especially chef and Thabisa."
