The free transfer from the airport is much nicer than advertised - we had a private car with AC, free water, and their own private speedboat to the island. We didn’t carry a bag from the moment they picked us up until the moment they dropped us back off at the airport. The resort amenities are top notch, and they even upgraded us to a villa with a private pool. I am still in disbelief at how beautiful it was and everything that was included in the space… because it’s on a hill, they have buggies that bring you anywhere you want within the resort. The food and free breakfast were superior, the spa services left us in a stupor, and the convenience was incomparable. They even have their own app for you to access their services at the touch of a button, and they’re immediately responsive for any request you make.
