One of the worst hotels i have stayed in, staff really rude, walked into our room and started shouting at us after agreeing to extend the room. No respect for privacy, photos are nothing like advertised. Just a family business trying to take more money from their guests. Just avoid

Nice family run beach side hotel
We loved how close we were to the beach which was secluded and quiet. On the downside we were quite far from Haad rin and thong sala and a motorbike was essential otherwise you are relying on expensive taxis to get anywhere. In our deluxe bungalow the A/C was great and we had a fridge, microwave and kettle. The WiFi was really good. The seating area outside the bungalow was nice to sit in the evenings. Although very clean the bed was extremely hard (even by Thai standards) and we were really sore after a few nights struggling to sleep.

Overall our stay was great. The bungalow we stayed in was very basic, alittle bit run down but for the price we paid we did expect it. The staff are so friendly and give you a fresh towel everyday. It is located right on the beach, however it is far far far away from anything else. You cannot get to anything without a taxi and it is located on the dreaded Haad Rin road (do not attempt to ride a scooter on this road! We stayed here for 3 nights and we saw several people in the ditch) if you want a quiet getaway this is perfect, if you want to be near the town I wouldn’t recommend.

Expensive for what it is
Stayed there during the Full moon festival, the room was basic but fairly large, small fridge, no TV (not that I was bothered about that). Room was expensive for what you get but this is typical at that time, looking outside of the full moon period, the room was a more reasonable price. Food at the hotel is OK but fairly expensive. WiFi was very good and coverage throughout. Beach was quite nice and quiet. Staff were very nice and helpful - I hired a motorbike and the resort organised for the delivery?(they picked me up at no cost) from a local supplier, I had tried myself to find one but couldn't find one that looked trustworthy nearby. The provider which the resort uses was very nice and professional, they explained more about the hire rather than just giving you a bike and away you go without explanation of the hire, My passport was kept by them but it was more professional and trustworthy than other places I have used... A motorbike (or car) is essential at this resort to avoid paying so much for the taxi's as the closest family mart isn't within walking distance. Location is about half way between Haad Rin and the Pier so both are easily accessible along a single road. Housekeeping and towels changing only by request each day. It was quite noisy at night from drunk people, not sure if they were at the hotel or making their way home along the road, which is behind the hotel rooms - this sound may be blocked by the hotel, in the bungalow rooms. Ear plugs are provided!

The only perks to this hotel were that it didn't have a minimum of nights required for stay during the Full Moon Party. We weren't offered any help to get our suitcases to our room, which was a trek to get to, and upon checkout I asked a mal staff member to please help us with our bags and he did not do so, despite me asking multiple times, while we were trying to make it to our taxi to leave the island and dragging our heavy suitcases through the sand (no concrete or other type of path to get to rooms towards back) in a downpour of rain. Also, the restaurant literally talk nearly an hour to bring out a club sandwich for us. The service was terribly slow and the beds were very hard. I wouldn't recommend anyone stay here unless you're just looking for a place to crash at for FMP.

Swimming not possible along this stretch of beach!
Immediate reception was welcoming, bag carried to my room. Room was basic but was spacious, had air-con and fridge. On closer inspection the bathroom was soiled. Toilet was discoloured with water stains. Could've been easily remedied with a good clean & bleach. Tiles had not been cleaned properly for a long while. During my stay I swatted a fly on the bathroom wall & that remained there 'til my departure, despite asking for my room to be cleaned. A family run business and all were friendly. Except for the Father...who I was on day one told was "The Big Boss". He never said hallo unless approached firstly. I witnessed him shouting at two different sets of customers. He made for an uncomfortable stay throughout, regrettably. I notice from some forum somebody mentioned 'a large sewage pipe on the beach directly in front of the restaurant'...This is infact a water supply, however it is unsightly! The beach is poor. Low tide constantly, swimming was not possible along this stretch of beach for 2km either way!

A nice quad room for me and three friends but the area wasn't near anything so mopeds were a must. The free breakfast didn't have many options but it is free!

Amazing hospitality
The hotel room it self was not that great and the beds where hard, but the price was right and we didn't have to book 4-7 days to stay here for the Full Moon Party. The people at the hotel are amazing just awesome they will help with everything you need and always with a smile BEST SERVICE WE HAVE EVER HAD ON OUT WHOLE TRIP. Will stay there again just because of there hospitality.

Fint lokation, men ikke så fine værelser.
Man kan sige mange ting, men et resort er det ikke. Vi var der for en enkelt overnatning pga. Fullmoon party og det fungerede fint, men vil bestemt ikke anbefale det hvis det er her man planlægger at holde lang ferie. - det skyldes manglende lagner på sengene, meget sparsomt badeværelse i øvrigt kun med 1 håndklæde pr. Mand og så er aircondition placeret rigtig dumt på værelset. Lokation er dog rigtig rigtig fint med smuk strand lige nedenfor hotellet. Meget roligt område væk fra larm og musik.

Great hotel!
We liked this hotel! Despite the location which was outside the centrum and the fact that you need to clean by yourself, we had a great time. The service was incredible, especially the lady in the reception which was so friendly and good at english! The food was really great and cheap!

Lieux complètement differents de ce qui est montré sur les photos. Plage non nettoyé, pleine de morceaux de verre brisé. Air climatisé non fonctionnel (pousse de l'air mais n'eat jamais froid) donc impossible de dormir tellement il faut chaud. Salle de bain mal propre. Porte de chambre avec un gros espace dans le bas donc chambre pleine de fourmis et de lézards. On comptait les jours avant notre départ. Seule point positif : la dame à la réception est une des personnes les plus gentilles au monde !!

Strašná zkušenost. Pokoj byl úplně jiný než na fotkách při rezervaci, nebyl žádný nábytek, špatná postel i matrace, koupelna i pokoj velmi špinavé a neudržované. Pláž v tragickém stavu, špinavá a plná odpadků. Majitel byl agresivní a arogantní. Při odmítnutí pokoje z důvodu nespokojenosti odmítl vrátit celou již zaplacenou částku a požadoval polovinu platby za zrušení rezervace. Od 7 ráno hluk z rekonstrukčních prací. Majitel na stížnosti reagoval popudlivě až agresivně. Scenery beach resort je podvod. Vysoké hodnocení si pravděpodobně udělili sami a fotky se naprosto neshodují s realitou. A terrible experience. The room was completely different from the photos when booking, there was no furniture, bad bed and mattress, bathroom and room very dirty and not maintained. Beach in a tragic state, dirty and full of rubbish. The owner was aggressive and arrogant. When refusing the room due to dissatisfaction, he refused to return the full amount already paid and claimed half of the cancellation fee. From 7am the noise from the reconstruction work. The owner responded aggressively to the complaint. Scenery beach resort is a scam. High ratings are likely to be awarded by themselves and the photos do not exactly match reality.

Zu laut. Nur was für Fullmooner.
Wir hatten eine Woche gebucht, sind aber nach einer Nacht umgezogen. Das Hotel war direkt an der Strasse und es war nur mit Orstöpsel möglich, zu schlafen. Auch sonst war es kein schöner Ort.

Här behöver du inte boka 5 nätter om du tänkt att stanna på pangan under the fullmoon party. Hotellet ligger inprincip på stranden och personalen är vänlig. Dock måste du ta dig med taxi eller moped för att kunna ta dig någonstans.

Nous étions 2 et avons séjourné 3 nuits au scenery beach resort. Nous étions venu pour la full moon party, l'hôtel est à 5 min de la en scooter ou taxi. Le personnel est accueillant et souriant. Par contre la plage est très sale ac un tuyau en plein milieu, ne ressemblant en rien à la photo. Le bungalow que ns avions était sympa, au bord de la plage un peu isolé. Mais la literie n'est pas géniale, la climatisation faisait bcp de bruit et la wifi ne fonctionnait pas tout le tps. Les commerces sont assez éloignés de l'hôtel, il faut dc louer un scooter. Il y a un loueur juste à côté.

Le bungalow est désuet. Il y a des espaces entre les lattes de la porte. Les rideaux est en fait du tissus mince. Mais le summum est l infestation de fourmis et de petits insectes même dans le lit. J ai réservé pour 3 jours, sans possibilité de remboursement. J ai pensé à quitter plusieurs fois. J oubliais, le site se situe à proximité d une plage semi-privée. Il n y a pas de photo sur le site car un gros tuyau de métal est à quelque pied de la rive et au dessus de la mer. De plus, une petite mousse verte orne la bordure de l eau. Petit déjeuné inclu, soit 2 oeufs mirroir ou brouillés, avec deux rotis et un café..... À tout considérér, je déconseille.
