Very good customer service -- the property is a village -- it is huge -- but the people working there make it easy to navigate. The rooms are updated and nice -- they really try their best to cater towards their guests. I'd recommend but note that you need to take a long boat to get there that is 300 THB

It’s a lovely resort with two great swimming pools—one of which is perfect for kids and they really enjoyed it. The only downside is that it’s a bit far from the main island, so getting there requires a long-tail boat ride.

SAii is a stunning and beautiful resort. It was everything we wished for and I would thoroughly recommend. The whole place is so pretty, peaceful and very high standards. Outstanding Service Despite Weather and Renovations We recently stayed at SAii Phi Phi and were genuinely impressed by the experience, even with ongoing renovations and some terrible weather during our visit. The hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and well looked after – always warm, helpful, and incredibly accommodating. We were given a free room upgrade on arrival, which was a lovely surprise and made a real difference to our stay. The facilities that were available were well maintained, and the food throughout the resort was fresh, varied, and consistently excellent. What truly stood out were the activities and island tours organised by the hotel – professional, well-run, and a fantastic way to make the most of our time despite the weather. Every interaction with the team felt personal and genuine, with staff doing everything they could to create a memorable stay. Renovations are always temporary, but great service leaves a lasting impression – and SAii Phi Phi delivered that in spades. We’ll definitely return when the works are complete. Highly recommended.

This property is stunning. Staff is wonderful. We got a little stomach thing and they were on top of it with sending the nurse to our room who was very helpful and kind. Excursions are fabulous and beautiful. Definitely worth staying on this part of Phi Phi island and especially at SAii Phi Phi island village.

It's a lovely resort, with comfortable well equipped bungalows, nice food at the restaurants, with plenty of choice and some nice pools and other facilities - but you'll have to be up early, if you want to sit by the pool, as towels go out, all over the loungers at or before breakfast time and there are not enough to go around!

This property has amazing views. This is an excellent vacation location for anyone looking to relax and just enjoy the scenery. There are wonderful island excursions for snorkeling and sight seeing. The Lens Forest Spa is an excellent place for a massage. This hotel doesn’t have service by car and don’t is perfect for those looking for a remote vacation.

Surroundings beautiful . Villa great but reception not friendly. Check out tool 40 min system does not work. Get the feeling they are trying to charge you significantly more for exertions transport because you are in a 5 star resort. Tip got to fisherman’s village to book trips and transfers
