8.6/10 Excellent! (213 reviews)
Staff were friendly as could be.. house keeping was very bad, out of 2 weeks stay my room was cleaned 3 times, cleaners were very lazy. Could smell a bad smell in the room, smelt like sewers. After bad rain water was coming into the room.
Not likely to stay there there again

Check-in was very unorganized. I waited over 2 hours for a clean room because the room I was “upgraded” to had a puddle of water inside and smelled moldy. The second room I was provided was better, but the overall experience was disappointing. After everything I had already dealt with, I asked if dinner for two could be provided as a courtesy and was told no. About 45 minutes later, I was offered coconut water instead. The lack of urgency, communication, and effort to make the situation right made an already frustrating check-in experience even worse.

10/10 Exceptional! (6 reviews)
What an amazing villa in a beautiful quiet part of Phuket. We only stayed one night but wish we had of stayed many more. It was very quiet, with no traffic noise, very clean and comfortable with a beautiful kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms. Lots of storage for anyone staying long term, air conditioning and fans worked fabulously. Oh I can't forget the incredible bath and pool area. Perfect for families or friends travelling together. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

"Our experience at this hotel has been absolutely unacceptable. My husband and I traveled to Thailand to celebrate our honeymoon, a trip that was supposed to be relaxing, romantic, and memorable. Unfortunately, our hotel experience has added unnecessary stress and disappointment to what should have ..."
