Lovely relaxing stay in Koblenz

Really enjoyable stay in the lovely city of Koblenz. The hotel was ideally situated. Hotel was lovely as was the room. Staff were all friendly and courteous and the allocated room lovely. Many thanks.

Nice hotel, not so nice front desk

Very unhelpful front desk staff. I needed directions to a well-known river cruise ship that docked within a 10 minute walk. They had no idea where it was and sent me to the wrong area. When they asked if I had found it and I told them what happened, they shrugged their shoulders.

Das Hotel lag super, die City sehr schnell zu erreichen. Allerdings rundum sehr laut, aber es lag ja auch in der City. Schade das es im Hotel keine Bar gab, wo man sich Abends gemütlich niederlassen kann, wir waren ja nun eine Gruppe von 10 Personen, hätte man sich schön zusammensetzen können. Wir sind dann eben länger in den Restaurants geblieben.

Das Zimmer war sauber, Bett bequem. Zimmer allerdings recht hellhörig. Nur kurz über die Strasse und man ist in der Innenstadt/Fussgängerzone. Bahnhof Stadtmitte ist auch nur ein paar Minuten Fussweg entfernt.

Sehr freundliches Personal, gutes Frühstück, sauber und ordentlich. Das Zimmer war enttäuschend klein (Mansarde) und hatte nur 2 winzige (ca. 20 x 40 cm) Fenster, daher war ich mit dem Zimmer nicht zufrieden. Auf Anfrage sagte man mir, dass sie ausgebucht gewesen seien und die Übernachtungen für eine Nacht in die einfacheren Zimmer buchen mußten, schade!
