Exceptional food - mediocre accommodation
The accommodation is not exciting. Being on the north side of the Mosel is not ideal. However the quality of the food, even in the bistro, is exceptional.

Hotel was very quiet. Bed was a little hard. My only real complaint was the shower, it was small and the water was very inconsistent in temperature. Room was very clean.

Clean & Comfortable
The rooms are very modern and clean, nice bathroom as well. The breakfast was great and a nice courtyard for drinks in the evening. It is more of a walk to downtown but most of it can be done along the river which is nice.

The Hotel was very clean. We were placed in room right off main road which was noisy. The mural in bathroom was uncomfortable scene.

Too hot, too small.
Very small room. Unfirm double bed mattress made every movement of one partner felt by other. Unbearably hot with totally inadequate apology for air conditioning. Hotel was full so acceptable alternative not available. Cut short stay as could not tolerate another night. Staff were pleasant .

A nice hotel consisting of three renovated housing units. Clean and well kept with very nice staff. Our room was on the first floor along the street. Very noisy and a street light was right outside our window. Since there was no AC we had to open the windows - anyone could crawl in. If we closed the windows and pulled the shades we roasted. A no win situation. Also, the hallway was dark - had to use cell phone light to find key hole. Yes, there is a key.

Very comfortable, conveniently located to buses.
The staff were friendly and attentive. We particularly enjoyed sitting in the garden on the very balmy evenings - beautiful atmosphere. The out door and function areas are spacious with nice artwork.

The hotel was clean and easy to find, hotel staff were very welcoming and efficient. My only problem was the temperature of the room, it was very hot outside during my stay and the ceiling fan in the room did very little to cool with the room being around 29c at night. Breakfast was good as was the restaurant food.

A gem of a hotel near Koblenz, parking, breakfast
Amazing, comfortable, quiet room with a view of the Mosel River, free parking, free breakfast, and very close to Koblenz. The grounds were very well kept. The free breakfast was amazing, and they even included smoked salmon. You could tell from the number of cars in the free parking lot and the number of people at breakfast that this is a very popular hotel.

Hygge med extra hygge pga service
Fantastisk hyggeligt hotel med skøn service. Vil nok kalde det for gammeldags tysk service og stemnings niveau. Hvis man kan lide tysk stemning og kultur er dette stedet at holde ferie i Koblenz. Og restauranten fortjener sin egen anmeldelse. Det samme gør baren. Vi skal tilbage og har allerede booket ferie til næste vinter.

Das Zimmer war sauber und nett eingerichtet, allerdings nur bei kühlen Temperaturen empfehlenswert, da die Straße vor dem Hotel so laut ist, dass man nur bei geschlossenem Fenster schlafen kann. Die Idee, die Zimmerreinigung per Smartphone abzubestellen und dafür einen Getränkegutschein zu erhalten, fand ich super. Leider war es nur nach beharrlichem Nachfragen möglich, diesen eingelöst zu bekommen. Insgesamt hätte ich mich über mehr Freundlichkeit beim Personal gefreut.
