Good location in the centre of the city. Room design was well considered, but the amount of space given to bathroom was too generous at the expense of the bedroom. Also, there was insufficient space for hanging clothes.

We stayed here in Koblenz and were aware that there wasn’t attached parking, so when we checked in late at night, we asked staff where they’d recommend parking, they were very dismissive saying “have a good day” even though it was evening. We speak German and English and found that to be a bit passive aggressive considering we could communicate in both languages. We are two females traveling and found parking about 15 minutes away, which was fine, just the service from the hotel staff was poor. We ended up leaving after two days instead of staying the full four nights.

It's a bit silly that a hotel opened in the past 24months or so, doesn't have USB charging facilities in the rooms. Staff were great though.

If you have stayed in a premier inn before this hotel is like all of the others. Our only frustration was the lack of usable plug sockets on the room, as in the only one we could use was on the bathroom, all on the room had been blanked so we're not usable. Thisade zero sense to us. Appreciate we are Brits abroad, but single duvets on a double bed os also a bit strange.

alles supi inkl. Frühstück bis auf den Verkehrs- und Partylärm in der Nacht. Ohropax sind ein unverzichtbares Reiseutensil am Wochenende in diesem Hotel. Wir hatten ein Zimmer zur Hauptstraße weiter oben im Hotel. Wie sagt man so schön…des Einen Freud, des Anderen Leid :)

Wir können das Premier Inn Koblenz empfehlen. Freundlicher Empfang, Zimmer sehr ordentlich, Betten bequem. Frühstück übersichtlich, aber alles da. Für einen Städte Trip sehr gut geeignet. Mehrere Parkhäuser in der Nähe - wir haben das Parkhaus am Schloss genutzt.
