Tourist hotel. We selected because it's 10 minutes from Koblenz train station. We asked for room for 3, and got reasonably spacious room. Stuffy when we entered, but aired out quickly. Grocery stores, bakeries, bars, restaurants within 5 minutes walk so very convenient. Next to bus line, but quiet after 7 pm. About 2 km from old city center where there are Rhine river cruises for 2 hrs. About 30-50 minutes from Moselle river towns so very convenient base.

Clean and neat.

We stayed for 6 nights and was relieved that the rooms are clean and the house keeping staff had done good job each day. However the hotel only provided 1 bottle of complementary Water during the whole period; given thar we stayed for 6 days ; hotel should replenish the water at least one more time at mid-stay. The location is convenient, near the train station and a supermarket.

Room too small

We have been traveling throughout Germany for the past two weeks and unfortunately this is the smallest hotel room we have encountered. The description said 210 square meters, but definitely much smaller. Barely any room to move from bed to tiny bathroom. Staff was friendly, just hotel management giving false information on room description.

Tiniest of rooms. A fat man could not fit in bathroom. Poor curtains, mattress, pillows. Gave me room next to elevator. Maid used it and area in front of my door as staging area. I got no sleep. 　施設は古く、むしろレトロ感を売りにした方がお客様が喜ぶのではと思うくらい、1970年代の雰囲気です。時間旅行です。メンテも丁寧にされてます。入り口のイメージと違い、とても可愛いお、落ち着グラーツ部屋でした。 　電気ケトルもカップもおかりできました。 　防音ではないのに、夜は怖いくらい静かで、そこそこ大きな街なのに驚きました。よく眠れます。 　困ったのは、椅子が無いのと、シャワーの排水が悪く、たまり過ぎて溢れるのではと心配になったことです。 　 　他ではできない、雰囲気のある滞在でした。フロントの方々は、とても親切で気持ちも、ホッとしました。ありがとうございました。

Es war im Vorfeld nicht klar wie man zum Schlüssel kommt. Die Rezeption ist nicht rund um die Uhr besetzt. Durch die Hilfe eines Gastes haben wir die Telefonnummer gefunden um Hilfe zu bekommen. Die Einfahrt in die „Tiefgarage“ ist sehr eng.
