"The location is pretty central close to all the restaurants and bars, however we tried to email the hotel about an hot air balloon ride and they never replied. The room was spacious but the toilet was tiny and the shower did not have curtains, hence everything in the toilet got wet. The hotel did not have an hairdryer either. "

"We stayed for 5 nights in the deluxe rooms, very spacious and clean. The rooms have been decorated well and feels very authentic. Friendly owner and staff, breakfast was delicious. Location is great to get to all areas locally by car and you can walk also to the majority. A very welcoming and charming hotel and looking forward to our next stay. "

"We had a wonderful stay! The staff are welcoming and kind, and the hotel itself is lovely. The jacuzzi tub was a nice treat, and the breakfast they provide is delicious. Location is also good, as there are several restaurants and shops within minutes of walking. Highly recommended! "

"The location is close to many attraction in Groeme including the bus terminal (which goes to many cities in Turkey). The lady allowed to drop our bags before and after check in, ideally if you are coming early or departing the city late. They have many rooms and a great reception area, clean rooms but only give you access to wifi after check-in and does not have a kettle either. "The property was beautiful! There were a bunch of sitting areas throughout the property. It was only a 10 minute walk to the town. It is up a hill, but still not horrible. You do get partial access to seeing the balloons, but even if the wind isn’t in your favor that day, guests have access to the Sultan hotel rooftop, which is next door. The breakfast is fantastic! And the staff are amazing. They made the experience memorable. You were able to stay in touch with them on WhatsApp, which was also extremely helpful. They helped book excursions and transportation to and from the airport. I definitely recommend the hotel. "

"Highly recommend!!! Amazing Hotel! We stayed 2 nights. The hotel receptionist especially Yunos, and other men were so kind and nice. They provided us everything we need, and our Airport shuttle(12 GO company) bus didn’t come on the way back to airport from hotel and refund, but the hotel receptionist man called a taxi immediately and we made it to Kaiser airport on time. Thank you SO much for your all support to us. "
