"The room was dirty. The sheets for the sofa bed had stains on it, no extra blankets for the sofa bed. Towels were stained and not enough for a family of five. The staff wouldn’t help my 17 year old grandson when the vending machines took his money (I was at Dollywood when this occurred). The safe didn’t work, coffee pot didn’t work. We checked from Friday to Sunday and nobody offered to fix anything. Will never stay there again."

"The property is really nice, clean and has great amenities. Great location and I recommend it for sure. Just some minor stuff that needs upgrading…the tv is satellite(not a smart tv) which is pretty awful for an upscale resort as such and the pillows are some of the worst ones Ive slept on. They’re quick to say no smoking but other guests smoked right on the property. The older lady with glasses at the check in desk was rude and seemed impatient. We hadnt checked out the pool yet and were curious about pool towels and she made a face and was rude when she told us theyre at the pool like we were supposed to know automatically. Overall, 4/5. "

"Everything was fantastic. Breakfast was egg McMuffin and biscuits and gravy along with other options. Room was incredible and location to pigeon Island was awesome. The price was incredible (off-season). Definitely going to stay there again. "
