"Property is a nice place. The service was very slow and bad. Checked in and was told there is a power failure, power will be up in 20mins and after an hour, power is not up yet. Checked in the room for stay with my sister, was only given one bath towel in the room. There is no amenity (shower gel n shampoo) TOP up on day 2. "As a Sri Lankan living abroad who has travelled to many countries, this was a rare and memorable find in Sri Lanka. We had an excellent stay at this beautiful, eco-friendly hotel. It is in a fantastic location, within walking distance of Mirissa Beach, and the property is exceptionally well maintained. The staff were warm, friendly, and always happy to accommodate our requests. A particularly nice touch was being personally greeted by the owners during breakfast, which made us feel genuinely welcome. If you’re looking for a peaceful, sustainable place to stay in Mirissa, I highly recommend this hotel."
