"Bit of a rocky start as when we arrived at the property it was deserted. No guests, no staff, Christmas decorations still up in mid February. After 30 minutes of waiting around a staff member arrived and seemed confused that we had a booking. They put us in a room that we didn’t book. We booked the big bus but we were given a regular room. "Conveniently located on the North end of Beach Road, this was an outstanding stay. I'm a Hilton Lifetime Diamond and I got treated better by this staff than I have at any other Hilton, except maybe the Conrad in Shiodome, Tokyo. The staff is OUTSTANDING. I would definitely stay here again. I LOVED the water slide as I rode it about 10 times. It has easy access to Terminal 21 mall and 2nd road. I felt welcomed from the minute I got there until the time I left. Don't miss this place. I was extremely satisfied to stay here. 24 hour gym was excellent. Would like to give a shout out to If at registration desk, Woody at the Concierge desk , Maew, and Kate at the Pregro restaurant. The hotel is lucky to have them. "
