"We booked this place last minute after landing at USM Koh Samui Airport. It is right next to Nathan Pier. We booked the Premier Suite Oceanfront. The balcony / terrace was bigger than most people’s rooms! There was also a nice bathtub built for x2 on the rooftop. The customer service was unlike any other and we cannot wait to come back. "Perfection! This Villa was everything we wanted, private, peaceful, beautiful setting right on the beach. The restaurant was fantastic, delicious with a great selection of meals and drinks. Breakfast is generous and The Banquet and Bbq evenings are fantastic value (bbq includes a fireshow) The gardens are so beautiful and our pool villa was immaculate and regularly serviced. "We had a 2 bed villa with lounge pool and beach view. Lots of space and complimentary water and coke. The staff were fantastic and service excellent. We had occasion to contact reception and had someone to our room immediately. It was a little way out but taxis are easily available and good value. The breakfast was lovely though coffee slow in delivery. The restaurant was fabulous- beautiful setting and atmosphere- but not cheap. We would go back to this hotel."
