As a resort featuring 4 distinct Restaurant & Bars options we actively encourage our guests to contact us for information and guidance on the on property food and beverage offerings prior to confirming their reservations. However, in order to cater to all the various requirements for our guests and to of course facilitate ease of booking, we do indeed offer packages similar to the one you confirmed that includes your breakfast and dinner daily. Please note that such package is based on a set 3 course menu option and does not include any beverages. Having noted your comments on the food offerings, I will be sharing these with our culinary team for consideration and implementation and for this we thank you. However, to what relates to the offered beverage options, I would please like to note the following: Pricing of water and other beverages is in fact fully aligned and competitive with the offerings of other five star resorts on the island of Koh Samui, on top of which and as either a new or existing IHG One Rewards member, guests can receive a discount of 20% during their consumption at two of our main venues. Although your concern on the pricing is greatly noted, we hope it is understood that hotel pricing in general has to be above the actual market values especially in the context and environment of a full service restaurant. Nevertheless, let us please note that mineral water in general is indeed offered a no charge and regardless of your reserved accommodation while on property, we graciously allow for at least 6 bottles of water per room per day with more provided on request.Once again, thank you for your constructive feedback and for allowing us to welcome you at our resort.
