All worked well. The hotel is 3 min from the beach(not a great beach) and in the middle of the Main Street of Lamai. Room clean, bed a bit hard, good pillows. The only bad thing is: no tv and weak wifi(suggest to buy a cheap SIM card at the airport!!) Rest was great. Side note, wasn’t too crazy about the island itself. Suggest Koh Tao or Koh Pha-ngan.

The basic room is in an old building with outdated rooms and not in the villa area as pictured. The hotel is centrally located in the walking street in Lamai.

Nice little Villa perfectly located
We were pleased that the place was exactly as described. The layout was good for 2 people who want to do some cooking. The kitchen is equipped for basic cooking of simple meals for 2 (working space for 1). We made most of our breakfasts. The bathroom is large and all worked well. Our unit had the bedroom right off the patio with large glass sliding doors. Many of the units offer kitchen or sitting area entry which would be our preference. It featured a comfortable King bed. Linens were clean but worn. Open to the sitting TV area. The re is a couch that is comfortable enough. The TV is difficult to watch from the bed and could easily have been rectified by mounting it in a corner rather than on to wall. The location could not have been better near town centre, a 5 minute walk to the beach, the night plaza about 100 meters from our front door (don't let this cause worry about sound because it was never an issue. We are early to bed and were notdisturbed at all. This is not at all like the Sunday night walking street which is about a 15 minute walk away. The staff were excellent with enough English that we were able to communicate our wants and needs. They were respectful and very pleaseant. The only issue that we had was a cupboard pull broke on the sliding door of the armoir. It was handled immediately.

Very clean, accommodating staff, excellent location. Close to the beach. Only one complaint, the wifi didn't work, ended up going to cafe across the street.

Clean and budget friendly hotel in Lamai Plaza
I booked only 2 nights but ended up booking 4 more for a total of 6 nights. The hotel is very basic (it is a budget hotel), but the room is large and very clean. The staff and cleaning crew were very helpful and offered fresh towels and water whenever I put the do not disturb sign (when they saw me in the hallway - not disturbing me in my room). The front desk, however, has limited hours. So if you're checking in very early or late, then you will have to flag someone down. Otherwise, the standard room is basic, but large, and clean. It also has a nice balcony good for looking up into the mountains and drinking a beer. If you have the money, swing for the new villas. They look very nice. But this hotel was perfect for me as I was out almost everyday at the beach, on a tour, or shopping with friends.

Great spot right in the middle of everything. I left Chaweng Beach (beach front) early and spent the last 2 nights here. Wish I'd spent the whole 4 days here

Hi - Sawasdee I was in Standard Villa and I enjoyed my stay very much. I booked a Superior room but on the spot upgraded to villa. The villas are in the middle of all happenings but still enough aside for a good sleep. Short walk, maybe 300 meters to the best part of Lamai beach. Cleanliness and service was very nice and professional. Everything was working well. But the best of all was the receptionist. She was so helpful and sweet. With her, everything was so smooth and easy like drinking a delicious fresh coconut on one warm tropical day.

Good value for money
Convenient, valuable and comfortable place. Very good location, short walk to Lamai main road with restaurants and shops and massage spots. 5 minutes to the beach once you know where you're going. Our villa was clean, confortable, with big room and good kitchen. Local Night market every night in front of the residence. Staff is really friendly, there was possibility to rent almost new scooter for a good price.

Superior room is actually a one room apartment with large hall with dinning table and quite big fridge and small bathroom. Downstairs is small kitchen with equipments, but we didn`t really use it. Bathroom could be bigger. They could use a part of large hall which is uselessly too large. Superior room is more than enough for a couple. Public beach entrance is 2 minutes walk from property. Lots of restaurants and bars in walking distance. Night market is right under your window, but not very loud and ends at 11pm. Can be a problem only if you are with small kids. Air conditioning working w/o a problem, but it is only in bedroom. In hall is ceiling fan.

Images from Villas but get old rooms in old hotel
Staff very unfriendly and the images on the website are fakes. Room look very nice and new -room from the villas some 100meters away from the hotel- and you get for the good price old rooms in a old hotel. Only the cleaning is very well.

Hotel bem simples e econômico perto do resto da Tailândia e das demais opções em Lamai Beach. Quarto amplo, boa limpeza, cofre, motos disponíveis para lugar. Não era muito perto da praia e é longe do pier de chegada. isso faz com que fique mais barato. Gostamos, achamos um ótimo custo benefício. O hotel é bem simples mas tem o necessário. Agora, convenhamos, no hoteis.com só tem uma foto disponível de 1 quarto que não reflete nem um pouco a realidade. Samui é uma das maiores ilhas e com certeza tem bastante opções. A recepcionista foi muito simpática e nos ajudou com a compra da Ferry para Koh Tao.

Très bruyant !
Nous y étions pour 2 semaines et nous occupions la villa "Christina", la propreté est mise en valeur ainsi que le confort, la cuisine était parfaite pour nous car nous prenions que le petit déjeuner. Près de la plage (6 minutes à pieds) les restaurants, les massages, les boutiques, les bars, le marché de nuit sont qu'à quelques pas de cet endroit. Par contre le wifi n'est pas stable et est très lent, mais le pire est le bruit !!! Les bars et les karaoké à proximité empêchent de dormir, aucune insonorisation, ça vous prendra indéniablement des bouchons pour les oreilles !!!

За свои деньги вполне норм. тихо чисто просторно. но с фотографиями не совпадает. под окном каждый день рынок до 24.00. но это не мешает окна спальни выходят на тихую сторону . номер просторный двухэтажный имеется кухня.

Siisti, hissitön hotelli aivan Lamai night marketin vierestä. Hotellin pääovesta tultiin ulos siis suoraan night marketille. Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä, mutta kielitaidossa olisi ollut hieman parannettavaa, emme aina ymmärtäneet toisiamme heti. Mopon vuokraus onnistui, mutta ensimmäisellä kerralla jouduimme odottelemaan melkoisen tovin, kun respan tyttö ei oikein tiennyt miten pitäisi toimia. Huoneen ilmastointi oli hyvä ja helposti säädettävissä sopivaksi. Parvekkeemme oli aivan ihana ja näköalat kattojen yli mahtavat! Huone oli mukavan tilava, suihku oli hyvä! Ranta oli lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä. Öisin kadulta kuului vähän meteliä.

Fantastiske og næsten nybyggede bungalows!
vi havde 11 skønne dage på Lamai Plaza, hvor vi fik en meget fin behandling af ejer og personale. Pga af problemer med afløbet i vores første bungalow, måtte vi efter 3 dage flytte til en anden, personalet beklagede meget og var utrolige venlige. Der er 5 minutters gang til stranden, og lige uden for havelågen ligger der et lille afenmarked. Det er meget hyggeligt, og der er hverken støj eller anden gene fra det. Der er massere af gode restauranter og barer tæt på. Øen kan sagtens opleves ved at køre rundt på scooter, som kan lejes overalt.
