We had a great family holiday at Sheraton. Staff were lovely, food was good. My only concern was that there were so many stairs, so would not recommend if you have knee issues. Other than that was great.

Our room was close to the lobby and therefore further from the beach - the hotel provided constant buggy service to take guests to and from the beach from that part of the hotel. The beach was absolutely beautiful, with very few people around. The beach pool was great, and the beach bar and restaurant very pleasant. All staff were very helpful and friendly.

Just amazing!!

It was just amazing. Staf was great and helpful. The food at the blue monkey was great. The pictures on the internet is not doing it justice. The scenery is amazing.

Perfect Option for Koh Samui

This accommodation was from July 29-4, 2025 and was very impressed and planned to come back again if I return to Thailand because the staff provided excellent service. Our room was very clean. We booked a family room to see and liked it very much. The water flowed strongly and was very satisfying. The system was good and useful in many ways. It was very delicious.
