We really enjoyed La Briza Resort. The breakfast buffet was excellent along with the great coffee bar. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We so appreciated Ken at the breakfast buffet and how he helped with coffee etc. a very friendly man who engaged us in many conversations!

This property is an older property. The rooms are clean and quiet and the grounds are kept. There is no sandy beach front, instead there is an ocean wall where one can relax in a lounger. The WiFi is weak and our cable tv did not work. We asked twice to get it fixed, it was never fixed. Buffet breakfast is average with Thai and North American choices. The public pool area is located near the front entrance, cars can be heard speeding by. The rooms are located down steps and downhill paths. Guests with knee or hip issues might find this difficult to manage. The best part of this hotel were the great staff. All were friendly, helpful and extremely accommodating. Sumchai was always available to help.

Wir hatten 2 sehr grosse Zimmer mit Meersicht. Ausstattung top. Personal sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Frühstücksbuffet sehr vielfältig und reichhaltig. Beachbar und Poolbar mit super Bedienung. Lage des Hotels sehr zentral und gleichzeitig ruhig. Einige Gäste sind durch ihr respektloses Verhalten negativ aufgefallen, was uns für das Personal sehr Leid getan hat. Wir empfehlen das Hotel Briza gerne weiter und kommen bestimmt wieder.

After reading some reviews I was a bit worried about staying here, but honestly we we had a fabulous stay here. A large group of us stayed for 11 nights and were made to feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. We were given connecting rooms with direct access to the lower pool. The rooms were very large, the air con great and the staff couldn’t do enough for us. The room service was quick and easy, the food was tasty and the pool bar was lovely. They are doing the hotel up in stages, but we couldn’t fault it. All the staff were amazing, really friendly and very helpful. We had a small issue with a leak in one of the bathrooms and called reception and people turned up within in minutes to fix it - this is just one example of how great the staff were. Yes, as some reviews have said it’s on the older side, but we loved our time here. It’s away from the main hustle of the centre which was perfect for us as we could walk down the beach if we wanted to. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We recently stayed at The Briza Resort and Spa in Koh Samui and had such a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, the service provided by Ken and his team was nothing short of fabulous. They truly went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable, and their warm, friendly approach made us feel so welcome. Everyone at the resort was incredibly kind and knowledgeable, always ready with great recommendations on where to eat and what to see around Koh Samui. We booked a two-bedroom villa, which was extremely spacious and well equipped — perfect for a family stay. The comfort and practicality of the villa made it easy to relax and enjoy our holiday. If we had to mention any downsides, it would be that the beds were a little on the hard side and you couldn't walk straight out to a beach. That said, these were very minor points compared to the overall experience. The affordability of the resort, combined with the excellent service and lovely atmosphere, made it an outstanding choice for our family. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at The Briza Resort and Spa and would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Koh Samui.

Aamiaistarjonta erittäin hyvä, ravintola todella siisti. Ranta-alue sopi meille; snorklaukseen mainio. Lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä useita hotelleja, joista sai vuokrattua rantatuolin edullisesti. Chawengin keskustaan n.1,5km kävelymatka, ei ollut meille ongelma. Lavatakseilla pääsi edestakaisin ympäri vuorokauden. Lähimmälle 7-elevenille matkaa n. 100m. Ainoa miinus tulee poikkeuksellisen heikosta siivouksesta; tippauksesta huolimatta. Pyyhkeitä, vesipulloja ja wc-paperia oli tarjolla todella satunnaisesti ja vähän; pyysin ko.tuotteita erikseen useaan kertaan. En osaa sanoa vaihdettiinko lakanoita kertaakaan loman aikana (+14vrk). Hinta/laatusuhde kuitenkin hyvä, suosittelen.

The staff here are amazing. All of them are lovely. They need a greater food and drink selection. Also they really need to knock down the unused huts near the beach area and build an infinity pool with a proper bar area there for bar snacks/dinks. This would pull in a lot of business from the beach. Need to resolve the entry exist points to the beach. The rusty ladder has to be replaced with a better permanent solution!
Remove these unused huts and put in place an infinity pool with a decent bar/restaurant. Leave plenty of area for sunbeds!
