Facilitates really good, Quan spa awesome, pool very nice, and fun activities. Ocean villas were great and highly recommended and staff always eager to please. The downside is construction in rear of facility and had to change rooms, which worked out very good. The beach is OK since frequently low tide and not really swimmable. Pool was really nice, and people very friendly.

Our deluxe garden view room was wonderful. No complaints. Spacious, clean and lots of storage. The staff were very courteous and friendly. The beach was just WOW! It truly was paradise at the pool and beach. Music selections were great and we appreciated happy hours bargains. Breakfast was outstanding. Truly can’t say enough positive things about this resort. The property was beautiful, the staff was phenomenal and the food was amazing. We had a wonderful bungalow with a private pool. The bungalow was big and comfortable and the grounds are just beautifully kept. I think the best part was the staff- they were so friendly, accommodating and helpful- every single one! It was my daughter’s 21at and they surprised her with a piece of cake and cake made of them led and flowers on the bed. We loved staying here!

The staff provided superior customer service and extremely helpful to meet needs. The resort is nice but dated. Very comfortable beds and great bed linens and nice pillows. Excellent buffet breakfast. Menu for lunch and dinner was satisfactory. Hotel is in a remote area and while a hotel shuttle is provided the times are not optimal.
