"The hotel rooms are not clean , the first room I got had a broken door in the bathroom, the toilet covers are all spoilt, even after shifting the room the same problem, a bad odor stays , and most horrible was the breakfast, although it was complimentary I had to ask multiple times to get breakfast. That too a bad taste idli wada and dosa bought from some street shop seems.Which ultimately stopped ordering because I felt unwell after eating the food. "I had to change 2 rooms from cockroaches on bed and lack of pest control in hotel. Breakfast is free and included in booking but front desk said i should pay. Front desk hangs up the phone when I asked for options for breakfast. "
