Hotel was very dirty, ants in the shower, full size bed instead of queen as advertised, hotel renovation, no signage on front of hotel, covered entry was removed, in wall AC until was duck taped to the wall.
I have stayed here twice. This time the pool was not open.

The only thing I liked about this property was the name of the hotel, which is the only reason I chose to stay there. Baymont should really take a look at this place and remove there name, because now all the Baymonts I consider staying in will remind me of this nasty disgusting shell of a hotel

Pool not functional...we had five children... never would have booked there if we had known. Lobby and rest of the common areas decent but the rest of hotel needs to be seriously upgraded ( including the parking lot) or closed down.
Pictures posted on Google were vastly different from what I witnessed. Bathroom had damage and surrounding property made it seem like it had been abandoned. Stayed only an hour.

I was unhappy to hear the pool was not working after I had previously been told it was repaired. The guest services lady was nice and apologized, but it was a central point of my plans during the stay.

The bathroom and especially the shower was in great deterioration. The bed was not a king size even though I paid for a king suit. I will never stay here again.

The hotel is out dated and old smells bad walls are missing paint weak spots in the flooring just walking down hall ways one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in and the online pictures are nothing like the real place.

I did not end up staying at Baymond because the computer was down, so the nice lady at the desk could not check me in. Thankfully, there was a hotel nearby, so that is where I stayed.

Plaster on walls and in rooms. Very poorly stocked kitchen area with limited items. One person to do everything. No help. Bars of soap that I could have used tweasers to hold. Very old facility. Needs lots of paint. Questionable clientel. Would never go back. Worst room and facility I have ever stayed in. I would like a refund or someone to discuss.

Our room was dirty, the toilet moved around when you sit on it. The tube dripped all the time. Handle came off the sink. The ceiling looked like it was about to fall in. Carpet very dirty. Said they were remodeling but heard people say that they have been remodeling for 6 years. So who knows. We were on the third floor and no lights going down stairs on that level.

The facility should not be open. It was under construction in several locations. The carpets were disgusting, dirty spots and in fraying condition. The floors were dirty. The outside had trash, weeds, cigarette buds, and poorly kept. There was dirt/dead bugs on the box springs and the walls needed to be painted. Can’t believe it cost me $171. The pictures and the review were not close to being accurate. Might be the last time I can trust Expedia for hotel accommodations.

This hotel was unsuitable for anyone to stay. The outside of the property was in horrible shape. Building was falling apart, there was no sign (it was by the dumpster), the parking lot was in terrible condition, bricks at the entrance were falling off and on the ground. Upon walking in, there was a horrible smell throughout the entire inside. The bathroom was disgusting. The toilet was being stabilized by a piece of wood. The ceiling vents were full of dirt and bugs. The door to the bathroom hit the toilet so you could not even get all the way in. The chair in the room had dried food all over it and could not be used. I had six rooms reserved and my employees could not stay there. This hotel should not even be on the Expedia website and the hotel itself should be shut down. We went to the hotel next door, and they graciously accommodated us and let us know that people come to them all the time because once they see the Baymont they refuse to stay. I have now been told I will not be refunded through the hotel or Expedia which I will be fighting!

“Long in the tooth” property. Lots of work needs to be done to bring it up to good appearance- paint, worn carpet, dim lighting, etc.The staff was excellent- the desk clerk even came out in the parking lot to show me where to park and where my entrance was. It was convoluted to get to my room and I have limited mobility- she explained the elevator and put me in a room next to the elevator. No awning or anything for the front entrance- had to call to find out where the front door was.

Overall, we had a good stay, but this property has been neglected and is clearly in need of repair. Our room had visible damage on the wall near the air conditioner and to a door knob leading to the adjoining room. The front entrance and entire parking lot are not very inviting… the Motel 6 next door was actually in much better shape!

This hotel is in serious need of a major overhaul. The carpet is awful. The layout is simply bizarre. The room had a decent bed, but the bathtub was filthy, the chair was gross, the tv was tiny...just a huge disappointment all the way around.

The hotel was ok, but I wouldn’t say it was the best. The room was decent, but the tarps in the hall where they were working was kinda annoying. The fact that there’s only one elevator on the complete opposite side where we were located was agitating after an 8 hour drive. The breakfast was lacking, the stair landings were spongy, and just not really worth the $150 I had to pay.
