Dirty grounds, dirty property. Coffee stains on bathroom wall. Urine stains at base of toilet. Hall carpet very dirty and needs replaced. Hotel feels old, dirty and not updated. Gold color walls in room = Indian owners who do not understand current decor trends. Next visit to Kokomo we will stay in new hotel.

The Super 8 Kokomo was clean and the decor and furnishings were in great shape. And surprisingly, our king bed was really comfortable!
