"Overall, a pleasant stay in a modest, nicely-equipped self-catering apartment with good communication and information from the owner. Conveniently close to the Beppu station and main shops in a quiet street. The layout of the apartment is a little unusual, but not a problem. However, there is a 30cm-high step between the living/bedroom area and the kitchen/bathroom area, and this would definitely be a problem for anyone with mobility issues."

"想像していた以上に音が響きびっくりしました。２階に宿泊される方が23時頃チェックインしたようですが、全くなんの配慮もしていないのかドタバタと走り回り、挙句に飛び跳ねたり……25時頃まで続きました。子供さんがいたら多少は仕方ないと思いますがさすがに酷すぎました。(これは宿側の責任ではないと思いますが…) ２階を予約したかったのですが１階、２階と分かる記載がなかった為、口コミやレビューを見て予想して予約したら見事に１階でした… そしてカーテンが特殊なタイプなので外からまる見えです…どう頑張ってもまる見えですまた非常灯が天井に取り付けられているため、一晩中煌々とてらされ寝れたものではありませんでした。正直今まで色んな所に宿泊させて頂きましたが、ダントツでワースト1です…"

"Dinner option was very high, no restaurants off site nearby. I had a sore back, so I lay down on the floor in the room, within a few minutes, bitten alive in multiple places by something. (Maybe bed bugs). The free drinks in the lounge area, a welcoming option, however it should be called kids club, so noisy it was unwelcoming! Parents keeping young toddlers up in an alcohol environment till well after 10pm, is irresponsible by the parents and the hotel staff made no effort to preserve the harmony of the environment or did not care about the guests, who actually pay for the accommodation."

"The service here is so good and thoughtful, I cannot emphasize how impressed we were. The staff helped us store our baggage before check in and figure out how to get the baggage to the train station. We were provided a variety of complimentary gifts, and a map of the surrounding area. The room was spacious and clean, and the private baths were a wonderful experience. I’d definitely recommend this hotel to others traveling in this area."

"Great onsen hotel near the Beppu station. No shoes allowed in the hotel which is unique. 7 private onsens plus public baths were available. Free ramen is provided for supper. There’s massage chairs available for use too. Very comfortable stay except light in room is by sensor which is rather annoying. But all in all, still enjoyed my stay and will look to stay here if I ever come back"
