What stood out the most is that we have forgotten our travel adapter. When we did not respond to their email as we were out at the safari, the owner even drove out to the theme park to pass it to us. Kamenoi Hotel Aso

10/10 Excellent

"We had a great time at the hotel. It is very quiet and the location is amazing. We really enjoyed the buffet dinner and breakfast and the onsen was a great way to start and end the day! Our room was spacious (twin beds) with a great view of the mountain. We will definitely come back if we ever come back in the area. We even considered extending our stay but couldn’t because of other plans. Highly recommended for a relaxing time."
