"Our stay in bamboo valley villa was great. We really enjoyed the pool and the AC. The beds were the most comfortable I ever slept in. Why not 5 stars? Because there were several things broken or not working well when we arrived. When we had addressed the issues, someone came to take a photo or video for the reception and said it would take 5 minutes to someone to come and fix it. It usually took way longer than that (20mins ) but most of the things got fixed. All together the staff was super...
