There was no stay because the hotel that l paid for was closed!!!!! I needed to look for a other hotel to stay for night. and believe me it wasn’t easy..

Unprofessional and unpleasant access
To much noise, smoking allowed all over first floor!!! If you whanted to go in the spa from your room- you need to pase though the coffee bar which is very unpleasant... Whoever did the entire design did it wrong

Smoking allowed in all rooms on the first floor. Meaning you’ll be smelling cigarette smoke on every floor. Sound proofing is very weak, almost nonexistent. Loud talking in the room on our floor kept us half awake all night. Moving chairs in the restaurant on the 4th floor sounded like they were right above us. We stayed on 2nd and then moved to the 1st floor, which didn’t help and it was freezing there.

Fantastic for skiing but hotel could do better
Only nine kilometres from the ski centre, the hotel is perfectly located. However, heating system broke down when the temperature outside was around 2 degrees Celsius. Mobile radiator was quickly delivered to our room though. Breakfast was nice but not superb. Menu at the bar was pretty limited and astonishingly people were allowed to smoke inside, so we preferred to eat somewhere else in town. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would I be back? Maybe, but not for sure.

Good hotel in the centre of Kolasin
We stayed here for two nights as part of a trip around Montenegro. It was one of the best hotels in the town and we enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was good but dinner a little disappointing. Unfortunately, though smoking was not allowed in rooms, we could smell it in the corridors which suggested to us that some guests were not observing this. We had also asked for a quiet room, however we overlooked the main road into the town and the restaurant was on the floor above us, so we had noise of moving furniture occasionally. Overall however, we found the staff to be very pleasant and the facilities excellent – especially the happy hour for beer and very tasty pizza!

Two nights in Kolasin in September
It smells smoke inside the hotel. The hotel is not as clean and glorious as in the pictures. The breakfast wasn't that special. The spa is OK. Kolasin is very quiet town especially in summer season so it is challenging to find nice restaurants nearby. The views are spectacular however and Biogradska Gora which is worth visiting is located near.

Wir waren zwei Nächte im Four Points. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, allerdings wurden wir beim Roomservice vergessen, sodass unser Zimmer nicht gemacht wurde und wir hatten bei unserer Ankunft weder Kaffee noch Tee und Wasser auf dem Zimmer. Das Frühstück war recht lieblos und der Whirlpool im Wellnessbereich recht kühl.

Ugodan boravak, vratit cemo se...
