"I had a pleasant stay overall. The hotel is modern, very clean and in a quiet, safe location. The front desk staff were consistently polite, and the buffet breakfast was a highlight — good variety, smoked salmon available, and easy access to the tea/coffee machine, which I prefer. The thermostat in the room was excellent and made it easy to control the temperature. It’s also conveniently close to the airport, and getting to the city centre was simple and inexpensive (around £5 by Bolt). A few areas could be improved. Our stay was from Tuesday to Saturday, and the bedsheets were only changed once, on Friday. The towels were quite thin, and the scrambled eggs at breakfast looked runny — though that’s down to personal preference. Overall, a comfortable stay with great staff and a good location."

"Although the hotel is located quite a distance away from Warsaw's Chopin Airport or train stations, there are numerous public transit connections to help travellers get there quickly. Check in was fast and very smooth. There is ample supply of Warsaw maps and pamphlets at the front desk. Rooms are clean and modern, and our room had an electric kettle and a mini fridge. Unfortunately the mini fridge was not working, but a very helpful gentleman had it replaced by the time we returned to our room in early evening. Thank you again for your help! A nice touch was the multi-option water dispenser on our floor. Would surely book it again!"

"My room at Logos was very clean and the bed was comfortable. And the breakfast at the restaurant next door was excellent! An amazing variety of tasty items. The only complaint I can make is that the holder for the shower handle was not adjustable, so I could not shower with the handle in the holder. I had to use it as a handheld shower, which meant I had to get wet first, turn off the water, lather up with soap, then turn the water back on to rinse off. Then I put the handle back in the holder. I call that a minor nuisance, but not a dealbreaker."
