The overall room was nice. The staff struggled with effective communication, particularly in English, and were often not able to resolve issues and answer basic questions regarding transport or touristic activities and always resorted to providing leaflets. The gym was nice but lacked functioning equipment especially the cycling machine. The breakfast was okay but could provide a much larger variety of choice. A dead cockroach was found in one of the pans which was undesirable. The room TV did not function properly and remote was broken. But the room was very comfortable and so was the AC. Overall decent but nothing great.

It was off season so quiet but you can imagine the staff were always helpful and attentive. Our room staff were very kind. The spa staff were excellent too, yoga and treatments. Manohar in the cocktail bar was absolutely charming.

The property was beautiful and the staff were amazing! The location was beachfront and amenities including yoga were top notch. The room was comfortable and clean.
