Comfortable and convenient hotel. The hotel is a Westin high rise and felt like Westins around the world. Everything worked. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was very good. Room was good size and I slept well. Bathroom was great. Location is convenient relative to airport and Salt Lake. Cleanliness is adequate but not exceptional and there were some minor rough edges here and there.

The hotel's ambiance was elegant, and the staff was incredibly hospitable especially Shruti Pandey (Front Office), providing top-notch service from check-in to check-out. She made sure the room was immaculate, offering a blend of comfort and luxury. The amenities were fantastic, especially the fitness center and the pool area. The dining experience was delightful, with a wide array of delicious options. Overall, my stay was nothing short of outstanding, and I'd highly recommend Westin Kolkata for a memorable and comfortable stay.

The minute you enter the hotel the lovely fragrance is a prelude to things to come. The staff is friendly, kind , helpful and welcoming. Our room was spacious and well appointed. The restaurant had an extensive buffet or an al a crate menu. Either choice was extremely satisfying. The popl and gym were amazing. The gym clean and well equipped. The pool was the perfect temperature ( a little cool at first) but a delightful escape from the hot weather. If you have the opportunity, please stay at the Westin… you will be so happy did .
