The hotel is situared in the middle of a safe but indifferent area about a 15 mknute Uber away from typical visitor sites...so don't expect views if of the,Taj Mahal from your gdrolm"

"This is not a hotel, rather a guest house. The front door is locked between 11pm to 7am and you would need additional help if you need to go out or get back in during that time. Also there’s no housekeeping. If you want your room to be cleaned, you would need to stay in your room during the day so that it can be cleaned in your presence. The owner doesn’t trust the staffs so they don’t get spare keys to enter the room. "

"This hotel is the worst hotel I have stayed in during my entire life. There were several issues with our stay: 1. The hotel phone number provided on Expedia is incorrect, and we could not connect with the hotel. 2. The hotel forced us to pay the full amount again, in cash, despite us showing receipt of having paid for the booking by credit card. Since it was 11 pm at night, we did not have any option and paid 2 times for the same room 3. While 2 of us were staying, they provided only 1 towel, despite requests for another towel. 4. The room was very poor in quality - did not have anything other than a bed - no wardrobe, no table, nothing even to hang used clothes on. We had to keep our used clothes on the floor 5. The listing said there are food options available in the hotel - but that is absolutely incorrect. 6. To top it all, the hotel staff and owners were extremely rude and made kurt remarks like "if you want 2 towels then you should stay at ITC next time" All in all, very poor experience. My feedback to fellow travelers - avoid this hotel. It is not worth the hassle. There are plenty of hotels in the neighborhood. "
