"We loved everything about Xenia except the 4 flights of stairs we had to climb carrying our luggage. We are both seniors with mobility issues. The manager explained that had we mentioned this on booking they would have made sure we were on a ground level room. We will know next time we come as we will return. The free breakfast was the best! It is very close to the main shopping area as well."
