I felt spoiled by their kind service and attention to detail. The many family-made products at the huge breakfast only added to the charm and to my enjoyment. Hotel Kaceli served as a wonderful home base to explore the charming town of Berat. I highly recommend it. "

The main downside was the air conditioning, although the unit was there, it barely made a difference and the room stayed uncomfortably hot"

"Our stay at Comfort Hotel couldnt have been better. The staff were amazing, especially the headmistress. While on the outside you wouldnt know it, the inside was full marble and beautiful. We paid 5 euro a person to have breakfast included every morning, which was great. Standand balkan breakfast with hood options and fresh food. We really liked that this area wasnt very touristy when we went(in august). It felt very home-y and like we were one of the locals. "
