"Great stay! We got upgraded too which was a very pleasant surprise! Staff was always friendly and helpful to everyone! I will definitely choose this hotel if I want to stay in Chania in the future…"

"This was our First trip to Crete, this resort was on the quite side, so if you looking to unwind and relax , this is the place. The meals were pretty good and the desserts amazing. The staff were pretty friendly although I find the bar staff at the pool could be a bit more friendlier. "

"Me and my mum stayed here for a week. The hotel is excellent. The rooms are spacious, clean and very comfortable, the food and drinks available on the all inclusive option are varied and of good quality. The pool and dining area views are great, and there are plenty of loungers around the pool, so it’s never packed, even when the hotel is full. The customer service is excellent too, with special thanks to Georgia the manager who made my and my mum’s stay very special. She is an asset to the hotel."
