My driver James was a "10-STAR" service agent... always available and on-call whenever I needed him. The camp settings and surroundings within national park are truly exceptional. "A glorious location across the road from Victoria Falls, but the finishings and decor are dated, the grounds are full of animal droppings (zebras, giraffes, antelope, and baboons are roaming the grounds). The staff and service are great. The proximity to the Falls makes it worthwhile."

"What a wonderful stay! This unique eco-lodge is lovingly built with so many fun and artistic features. We really enjoyed the cool sleep and outdoor shower but the grounds are quiet and picturesque too. The staff is beyond attentive and helped us book a safari day at Chobe as well, for a very reasonable price. The restaurant menu is a bit limited but it’s so close to everything that it’s easy to find some variety nearby. We will be recommending Munga to everyone! And we hope next time we come to...

"Location is good as it is near the bus terminal and you can walk around within the area where you can find restaurants, shops and supermarkets Mosquito coils should be lighted to get rid of the insects especially in the dinning area.. Breakfast is so so especially the continental. staff are nice."

"I stayed in a room with on suit, which was well equipped and had every thing one would need. Place had a good chilled vibe with offering for get togethers in the evening which is ideal for solo travels. Staff friendly."

"The chef was delightful to talk to and a great cook. Lovely to see the artist. But I was told it was fine for a driver to transfer me to another place 2mjn away in Livingstone. Then suddenly it want and I had an unpleasant unexpected negotiation fir a taxi which was not a pleaseant experience."

"Beautiful hotel in an amazing setting. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast had good selection. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay here again. Sunset cruise (additional cost) from hotel jetty was icing on the cake. This hotel surpassed our expectations and we left with heavy hearts. Would certainly recommend. "

"I truly loved this lodge that is located in the middle of the safari. Upon entering the lodge, I passed a herd of elephants in the middle of the road. There are signs around the lodge indicating the rhinos in the area, as well. The chalet, which was like a tiny house, was decorated beautifully. The staff was extremely helpful, and they assist you with booking excursions you can enjoy. Van drivers come to get you to take you to your excursions."
