"The communication with the provider was completely unprofessional and bordered on deceptive business practices. The booking information clearly stated that check-in instructions would be sent 24 hours before arrival. Nothing was sent. Despite more than ten attempts to contact the company, nobody responded. "Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön gelegen, für Spaziergänge optimal. Der Sicherheitsdienst ist 24 Stunden vor Ort und sehr nett. Parkplätze direkt am Haus. Die Verwaltung ist gleich um die Ecke im Ort, das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das einzig negative ist die Hellhörigkeit. Außerdem gibt es kein deutsches Fernsehen."

"We had a wonderful five-night stay! The building is exceptionally well-designed and the proximity to all the major ski centers is a huge plus. Having access to a secure, closed parking space was a fantastic bonus. The spa facilities were both pristine and relaxing. Our only minor note for future guests is that the TVs do not have internet connectivity; however, we simply used our laptops to stream our favorite shows. Overall, a great experience!"
